A special “invisible residence” close to Moreton Morrell has been listed for sale.
With the help of real estate brokers Knight Frank, the house near Moreton Paddox has been listed for sale for £2,000,000.
It was created by Steve Smith, the proprietor of the Warwickshire property The Ghost House, in collaboration with Phill Shepherd of BPN Architects.
The estate agents claim that because it is a “dwelling of distinctive and ground-breaking architecture,” the house was given clearance under Paragraph 79.
Eight pieces of the single-story residence that has been disassembled are joined by glazed walkways and are covered with smoked, mirror glass.
The building is disguised by an optical illusion produced by the mirrored facade, which reflects the surrounding trees.
There are four bedrooms in total, each with its own bathroom, as well as a foyer, living room, and separate areas.
