At an Oscars after-party, Megan Fox is almost unrecognizable as a redhead

Following her hotly anticipated appearance at a 2023 Oscars afterparty on March 12, Megan Fox can now unofficially add “Queen of the Underworld” to her résumé. Fox debuted short red hair colored “fire and brimstone” for the Vanity Fair event. Celebrity hairstylist Dimitris Giannetos utilized Unite hair products to arrange Fox’s freshly cut hair into an Oscar-worthy look after cutting and dying it to get the coppery tone.

“Hello, Vanity Fair Although you might not know it from looking at my hair, I am Megan Fox “she said in behind-the-scenes video of her post-Academy Awards beauty session. Fox’s shift into a more beautiful persona was inspired by her love of Greek mythology and her dark side. She remarked, “We wanted to make something that was distinct but also myself. “The tales of Greek mythology are my preoccupation. I won’t go into detail, but essentially, how would you appear if you emerged from the underworld? What would you look like if your hair was styled, if all the hell’s fire and brimstone were in it, and you were the queen of the underworld, walking the red carpet?”

Fox’s full glam squad also comprised stylist Maeve Reilly, nail technician Brittney Boyce, eyebrow specialist Kelley Baker, and makeup artist Jenna Kristina. A plunging black evening gown by Miss Sohee Couture with sparkling hip details and dramatic eyebrows, long lashes, decorated stiletto nails, and the squad’s finishing touches completed her appearance.

Fox has experimented with the concept of living as a redhead full-time before. The actor made his auburn red hair debut in October 2022 while out with Machine Gun Kelly at the Time100 Gala in New York City. Again, Giannetos was responsible for the transformation of her natural black to a glossy red with metallic undertones.

The hairstylist was also in charge of Fox’s flipped-bun and silver-lilac hair color in October 2021.It’s not surprising that Fox chose to go from being a brunette to a redhead this spring given that red hair is one of the most popular hair colors of the time. Subsequently, more celebrities have added their own spins to the trend, including Chrissy Teigen, Julia Fox, Dove Cameron, and Blake Lively.
