However, this family in South Dakota did something unbelievably brave and wholesome that is bound to make one cry. Rebecca Spader was not given the chance to enjoy her kindergarten days to the fullest.
She knew that she could never go shopping to pick out the most beautiful dress for prom. Her family could never see their daughter leave for College and shed prideful tears for her because they all knew there was no time left and no despair. A house that was once filled with hopes and beautiful moments now grieved for the sad news brought to them by the doctors at the hospital.
Little Rebecca was robbed of the many life experiences and chances that otherwise would have made everything normal, but it was no dream and even she knew it. However, despite the many atrocities, Rebecca made the best of every situation. She had to go through several surgeries ever since she got diagnosed by doctors with leukaemia.
She was only a kid when she had her first ever bone marrow surgery, which unfortunately didn’t prove to be helpful and only made it worse for her. The cancer had spread quite vastly and the ten-year-old girl’s life was under significant threat.
When the Spader family was informed about this terrible news, their reaction was somewhat different than expected. Instead of crying and losing hope, this family became stronger than ever for their daughter as they knew that Rebecca was very special and dear to them and falling into despair would only make things worse for her.
Therefore, her family decided to make the most of the few moments of life she was left with. Throughout the last moments of her life, Rebecca continued to be brave and generous. She contributed a lot towards charity even though she was still very young.
Her brother described how beautiful his sister was. He explained how even her laugh could do so much as make them all happy. Rebecca had a very generous and kind nature. Her intentions were always pure and even as a kid she seemed more kind and more loving than any other individual. One day, her older brother, AJ did something so heartwarming that it made everyone cry.
Her brother was very saddened by his sister’s condition and it pained him to see her go through everything the fact that she would not be experiencing many great things in life bothered the older brother a lot. Rebecca was always fond of makeovers and dresses and it was her last wish to have a grand makeover. Therefore, her brother made it come true.
He took his little sister to the freshman dance and the smile on her face meant everything to AJ. He preferred going with his sister instead of taking another girl as his date.
Rebecca and her whole family were extremely excited and they all helped little Rebecca get ready for prom. She wore a beautiful purple dress and her mother even got her a tiara despite the many struggles in her life, Rebecca still managed to look like an absolute Princess.
Everyone had smiles on their faces and it was the happiest day of Rebecca’s life. Aj loves his little sister to the core of his heart and like a true hero he made his sister’s dreams come true. The Spader family did not stop having joyful moments with little Rebecca until one day the ten-year-old girl took the last breath of her life.
They all love Rebecca for her beautiful nature and kind heart. She is truly a memorable spirit and her family is glad they got to have all those wonderful moments with her.
