Residences at Rosewood in Beverly Hills Use Tomer Fridman and Sally Forster Jones to Lead Sales (Exclusive)

The in-progress Rosewood Residences Beverly Hills is moving toward opening next year as branded homes, like the Pendry Residences on the Sunset Strip and the forthcoming Mandarin Oriental Residences on Wilshire Boulevard, continue to gain popularity in Los Angeles.

Top L.A. real estate agents Sally Forster Jones and Tomer Fridman of Compass have been chosen to exclusively lead sales for the opulent project, which began construction in June of last year and is anticipated to open close to the end of 2024, according to Nahla Capital and GPI Companies, the developers of the Rosewood Residences.

The property, which spans four storeys and includes 17 units, is situated on South Santa Monica Boulevard across from the Peninsula Hotel and Charleville Boulevard. Each residence features a distinctive style. They start at about 3,000 square feet and reach a maximum size of about 7,500 square feet at the penthouse level. According to the brokers, the homes would start at roughly $10 million, though Fridman claims that the price of the largest apartment is not yet set.

The apartments will have spacious patios, private elevator access, entry foyers, chefs’ kitchens with double islands, and service elevators that open onto mudroom/laundry room spaces. Every single one of them has a distinctive, lovely outdoor area, according to Forster Jones. “I’m in Beverly Hills right now. Both Fridman and Forster Jones emphasize that these apartments are not your typical luxury condo. These residences truly resemble estates. In terms of scale, boutique atmosphere, and width of balconies, they truly serve as an alternative to a house. Six of the units have their own private pools, proving that they are more than just pied-à-terres, he continues.

“It’s just in a terrific place. Forster Jones, who has made more than $10 billion in career sales, claims that although it has a residential atmosphere, all of Beverly Hills’s businesses are nearby and can be reached on foot.“That little stretch of Little Santa Monica is really quaint and intimate. It feels like its own enclave with boutiques and restaurants and cafes and beautiful buildings from the 20s 30 sand 40s,” adds Fridman, who closed $830 million in deals in 2022 and whose clients have included Kim Kardashian, Pamela Anderson and Sylvester Stallone.
