Chicken burgers are known for being flavorless, dry, and in general dull. I therefore made it my goal to reverse all of those. The whole family will enjoy this savory, oh-so-moist chicken burger dish on any given night.
Although the patties are excellent on their own, I strongly suggest piling your burger like I did in order to get the full effect. When I told my own husband that the burger he was gushing about was actually chicken, he was shocked because he typically abhors ground chicken meals.
The ingredients for these chicken burgers are very straightforward. Below, you’ll find a list of everything you’ll need, along with any suitable alternatives. The recipe card contains the exact recipe amounts.
Combine ingredients and form into burgers – add all of the ingredients to a large bowl, and mix until just incorporated. Separate the mixture into 4 even balls, and press gently to form a burger shape.
Get the pan ready – heat a grill pan over medium-high heat.
*Brush lightly with oil if the pan isn’t well seasoned.
Cook the burgers – once the pan is hot, place the burgers on the grill pan, and cook for 5 minutes. Then flip and cook for an additional 4 minutes.
Serve and enjoy – serve with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
