At their Upper West Side offices on 66th Street and at Times Square Studios, where they produce the midday show, ABC’s ongoing investigation into “GMA3” anchors TJ Holmes and Amy Robach continues to be a significant distraction.
Insiders claim that the news head Kim Godwin’s handling of the explosive situation is starting to irritate them.
There will be a two-month wait! A two-month tabloid frenzy erupted. According to a source who spoke to Page Six, the location is not in a great position.
“Morale is affected, not so much talent. The ones who leave the lights on are the base. Morale has never been lower, they continued. Employees are starting to blame ABC News president Godwin for pulling the couple off-air in December because their relationship had turned into a “internal and external distraction,” as she said in an email.

Two months have passed since the sexy couple welcomed their afternoon viewers to “GMA3” in the new year. Many sources informed Page Six that there are indications they won’t go back on the air.

“Why tell people they didn’t hurt anything and then take them off the air? That makes no sense. There is nothing consistent about their behavior except the inconsistencies in their behavior,” they said.
The first insider blamed Godwin’s “lack of determination” for prolonging the drama. In fact, they told us the situation was so disorganized that newly hired presenter DeMarco Morgan was practically caught off guard when he flew cross-country from LA to represent Holmes amid the investigation.

“They flew him in under the cover of night to host the next day and he didn’t know that’s why he came!” they claimed.
But not everyone is scolding ABC bosses over the situation. A fourth person put it simply: “It sucks, but these things take time.”
