David Beckham revealed last year the simple supper of grilled fish and steamed vegetables that his wife Victoria has swore by every day since they first met.

Posh visits the same famous facialist as Kris Jenner and Cher in addition to working out every day. Kim Kardashian and Katy Perry also employ this procedure.

Power couple David and Victoria Beckham both posted throwback photos of their love on their individual Instagram pages on Valentine’s Day this year, serving as a sweet reminder and proof that their marriage of 24 years and counting is still going strong.

Curious fans may be wondering what they ate on this special evening, but if we know Posh – even though it was years ago – it was probably the grilled fish and steamed veggies dish she’s committed to for a large chunk of her life. She also apparently enjoys fresh salmon with avocado.

In an interview last year, Becks spilled the beans on his wife’s special diet on River Cafe Table 4 podcast, saying she’s been eating this simple dish since they met and that she’ll “very rarely deviate away from there”.

Whatever she’s doing—including eating—is obviously effective. The devoted mother of four has maintained her small figure and perfect skin over the years by adhering to a stringent diet and a number of rigorous exercise regimens.
